| St Andrew Goldfields Ltd., is a Canadian based gold mining, exploration and development Company with an extensive land package in the Timmins mining camp, Northeastern Ontario, Canada, which lies within the world famous Abitibi greenstone belt. St Andrew’s initial focus is to return to being a producer through its Holloway Mine, and Hislop Project. With the existing infrastructure in place (Permitting, Holt mill with a 3,000 tpd capacity, access roads, power) and a dedicated and experienced mining team, St Andrew expects to be in production by November 2009. With the steady cash flow that production from these projects will generate, St Andrew can advance its exploration activities on this exciting land package. The exploration team is currently working on maintaining the claims in the area, continuing to add to an already extensive database of information, and commence planning for a full blown exploration program to start in 2010. St Andrew has proven it can survive the turbulence of bad markets, and negative impacts.
